Tele Sales Executive (Female) - International Courier & Logistics

Job Summary

PentaExpress Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team in Karachi. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be a key player in expanding our client base within the international courier and logistics industry. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Description:

Ø Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote PentaExpress services.

Ø Generate new leads and nurture warm and cold leads into successful sales.

Ø Maintain and update the customer database using software.

Ø Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ø Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Ø Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services, pricing, and processes.

Qualifications:

Ø Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.

Ø Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.

Ø Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Ø Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Ø Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.
