Job Summary:

Rapid Supplies is seeking sharp-minded, energetic, and proactive female Tele Sales Executives to join our onsite team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. We’re looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills, a cunning personality, and the drive to excel in a high-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Understand client needs and confidently pitch tailored solutions
• Close sales deals and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and clients
• Record call details and maintain CRM data
• Work collaboratively with the team to refine sales strategies

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Prior experience at IBEX or call centers/BPOs is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills is mandatory
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
• Energetic, smart, and quick on their feet
• Professional, confident, and goal-oriented personality
• Must be able to commute daily to DHA Phase 6, Karachi
