Tele Sales Executive Female – Real Estate

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and investors to promote real estate projects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, investment preferences, and budgets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all client information, follow-ups, and call notes.
  • Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
  • Provide prospective clients with detailed project information—location, pricing, payment plans, and developer background.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette and uphold the company’s brand image.
  • Participate in sales meetings and project training sessions to stay informed about new launches and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
