Tele-Sales Executive (Motor Insurance)

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time outbound sales role focused on selling motor insurance. If you are hungry, driven, and love working in a target-oriented environment, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell motor insurance policies.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing the right solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity.
  • Work closely with the team to maximize sales results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tele-sales (insurance experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • No Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • BD 300 – 400 monthly basic salary.
  • 25% commission on revenue generated above KPI targets.
  • Attractive incentive structure for high performers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
