Tele Sales Executive – Night Shift (US & Canada Campaign)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring experienced Tele Sales Experts for an outbound US & Canada call center campaign. This position is ideal for candidates with prior BPO or tele sales experience who are confident in English communication, target-oriented, and motivated to earn high incentives.

This is a full-time onsite night shift role based in Garden Town, Lahore, offering a stable schedule, fast hiring, and strong growth potential in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to US and Canada customers
• Promote and sell products and services effectively
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Maintain and update customer records
• Follow company scripts, policies, and sales procedures
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in US or Canada tele sales or BPO sales
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work night shift
• Sales-driven, punctual, and disciplined
