Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance plans.
• Explain product features, benefits, and premium options clearly and confidently.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of outbound insurance sales experience
• Age: 18 to 31 years
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
