Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate options (off-plan and ready properties).
  • Maintain a strong database of potential clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Schedule property viewings and coordinate with sales agents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly call and conversion targets.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, developers, and upcoming projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
