Tele sales Executive & Receptionist

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and target-driven Receptionist & Telesales Executive to manage our front office while supporting the sales team by generating leads and scheduling appointments. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and ensure an excellent first impression.

· Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.

· Handle front desk operations, appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor records.

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Business Setup & Corporate Services.

· Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

· Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

· Achieve daily call targets and contribute to business growth while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of experience in Reception, Tele sales experience in UAE BUSINESS SETUP AND CORPORATE SERVICES, Customer Service, or a similar role.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

· Knowledge of UAE Business Setup or Corporate Services is preferred but not mandatory.
