Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive – Wholesale to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting our product portfolio to retail and wholesale customers, generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring accurate order processing. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation & Revenue Growth
- Make daily outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospective retailers, traders, and bulk buyers
- Promote company products, seasonal offers, schemes, and new launches
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase order value
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales orders
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
- Support outdoor sales teams by managing assigned accounts and follow-ups
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, supermarkets, groceries, restaurants, catering companies, and wholesale traders
- Act as the primary point of contact for pricing, availability, promotions, and delivery updates
- Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and promptly
- Follow up with inactive or low-volume customers to revive business
- Maintain accurate customer records including contact details, credit limits, and buying patterns
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication at all times
Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence
- Maintain strong knowledge of product specifications, packaging, shelf life, pricing, and availability
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, storage, and margins
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Collect and share customer feedback and market insights with management
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
- Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training programs
Teamwork & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with outdoor sales, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and customer service teams
- Assist with onboarding new customers when required
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound call volume and customer interactions
- Monthly sales revenue and gross margin achievement
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Order accuracy and turnaround time
- Reduction in overdue receivables
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution time
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service
- Experience in wholesale trading, FMCG, retail distribution, or B2B sales preferred
- Experience handling retailer accounts and bulk buyers is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, POS software, MS Excel, email, and order management tools
- Ability to handle high call volumes accurately

Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
