Job Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive, you’ll engage with potential clients, introduce matchmaking services, and convert qualified leads into paid clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Provide consultations and explain service packages.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Record client data accurately in the CRM system.
• Work under guidance of the Team Lead to meet conversion goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of tele sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fast computer typing and data entry ability.
• Outgoing and positive personality.
• Age 28+ preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Rs. 75,000 – 120,000 per month (plus commissions).
• Food / Medical / Conveyance Allowances.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Saturday
• Full-Time 10 AM – 7 PM
• Part-Time 5 PM – 11 PM or 9 PM – 3 AM
