Key Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to promote IT hardware, software, and service solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (IT sales preferred).

Strong communication and persuasive skills in English

Handle customer queries and route them to appropriate departments when necessary.
