Dynamic Solutions is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Manager / TeleSales Strategist (B2C – US/Canada Market) to lead and structure high-performance telesales operations within a BPO environment.

This is a managerial and strategic leadership position, ideal for professionals with proven experience in B2C telesales management, international sales strategy, and SOP-driven sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2C telesales strategies for US & Canada markets
• Design end-to-end customer acquisition life cycles (cold lead to closed deal)
• Create structured sales action plans and revenue growth frameworks
• Analyze customer behavior, buying trends, and performance data
• Draft, implement, and enforce Sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting systems
• Optimize conversion rates and closing ratios
• Oversee telesales team performance and operational execution

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–7+ years of experience in B2C telesales management
• Experience handling US or Canada market telesales campaigns
• Strong background in sales strategy development and execution
• Experience in BPO sales operations preferred
• Proven ability to build SOP-driven and KPI-based environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Data-driven decision-making capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling international B2C campaigns
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
• Prior experience managing telesales teams in a structured BPO setup
