We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Sales Officer with excellent communication skills to promote our services, engage with potential clients, and support overall sales growth.
Location : Santosh Nagar Hyderabad
Work week : 5 days ( Mon-fri)
Working Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion targets.
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer details and follow-up notes.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting and lead handovers.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
