Global Connect Synergy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients through outbound calls, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Tele Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
• Ability to work directly with senior management and provide regular updates
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Target-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status
• Provide regular lead progress updates to management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
