Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Telesales Officers for our growing Insurance team. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to promote insurance products and provide support in policy sales.

Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain insurance products and benefits.
• Convince customers to purchase suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory).
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
