Tele sales Officers

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Promote and sell products/services over the phone

Generate leads and follow up on inquiries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Achieve monthly sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Higher education is an advantage)

Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service is preferred

Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in outbound sales or B2C/B2B calling

Fluency in multiple languages

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
