Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced female Tele Sales Representatives to join our sales team at Al Mannan Builders. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting generated leads, explaining our projects (Lavista Homes, Spanish Villas, and Aura Classic Homes) to potential clients, arranging meetings and site visits, and ultimately converting leads into sales. The successful candidate will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact generated leads to introduce and promote our projects.
  • Explain the features, designs, and smart technology incorporated in each project to potential clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits with interested clients to showcase the properties in the B1 Sector of DHA Multan.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales agent or tele sales representative in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully converting leads into sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate property features and benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client interactions and scheduling appointments.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values is advantageous.
