Job Description:
As a Tele sales Representative at My Doctor Healthcare, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Qualify prospects and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to team success.
- Build rapport with new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Provide detailed information to customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
