Tele sales - Visa specialist

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Representative to join our Government Transaction Center. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, present our services to customers, and close deals effectively. You will be responsible for guiding clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to meet sales targets, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer and promote our services to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Coordinate with clients and government authorities to complete required government transactions.
  • Handle Labour and Immigration paperwork and processes (preferred experience).
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Understand customer issues, acknowledge them, and help resolve complaints.
  • Gain strong knowledge of our services so you can answer customer questions clearly.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Work with team members and coordinate when needed.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied and receive high-quality support.
  • Has experience with Telsales and government transactions
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

(Shift allocation will be based on scheduling.)

Working Days:

  • 5 working days per week (2 days off based on shift schedule)

Gender:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
