Tele-Social Case Assessor
to assist beneficiaries across the Kingdom, helping them overcome barriers and take confident steps toward empowerment, training, and employment.
About the Role:
As a
Tele-Social Case Assessor
, you will manage a caseload of beneficiaries, providing them with personalized advice, guidance, and support throughout their individual empowerment journey. You’ll work over the phone and via digital platforms, helping individuals overcome social and employment barriers and connecting them with essential services, training, and job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct remote eligibility assessments and needs analysis.

Guide beneficiaries through empowerment programs and available services.

Support beneficiaries with digital tools and technical assistance.

Create tailored action plans and follow up on progress.

Refer individuals to employment fairs, training programs, and other services.

Maintain accurate records in Maximus systems and ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with internal teams and continuously seek improvements in service delivery.
Education & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Understanding of case management and digital engagement.

Comfortable with CRM or ATS systems.

Experience

At least 1 year of case management experience with beneficiaries.
