Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The role involves calling leads, conducting initial consultations, and guiding potential clients about our immigration services. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and able to communicate clearly with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads provided by the company
• Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and explain our services
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone to build trust with clients
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with case managers
• Keep accurate records of calls, consultations, and client feedback

Requirements

• Male or Female, preference for female candidates
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
• Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner
• Ability to explain processes clearly and answer client questions
• Organized and reliable, with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service / telecalling / immigration consultancy preferred
