Job Title: Tele caller (Medical Center)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (UAE Experience in a Medical Center)
Location: Sharjah
Salary: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about doctors, services, and available treatments.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
  • Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and escalate issues to the concerned department.
  • Promote medical center services through outbound calling and follow-ups.
  • Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Service Executive in a UAE medical center or clinic.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of medical center procedures, insurance coordination, and patient handling.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
