Telecaller

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collection Telecaller to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves managing both outbound and inbound collection calls while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and building positive relationships with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and additional regional languages are essential for effectively engaging with our varied customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers to remind them of pending payments and negotiate payment plans.

Handle inbound calls related to collection inquiries and account updates.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and payment statuses in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or account-related issues.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets as set by the management.

Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and the company’s service values.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 12 months of experience in collection calling, telecalling, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform well under pressure.
