Telecaller

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller – Pre-Qualification to contact potential clients, collect preliminary information, and assess basic eligibility before forwarding qualified leads to the processing or sales team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a target-driven approach are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for pre-qualification purposes
• Ask pre-qualification questions as per company guidelines (basic eligibility, profile details, requirements, etc.)
• Collect, verify, and update client information accurately
• Explain the next steps of the process to eligible clients
• Follow up with leads for missing or additional information
• Meet daily call targets and pre-qualification conversion goals
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM or internal systems
• Ensure professional communication and data confidentiality

Requirements:

• Work From Home Job (Female Only)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in pre-qualification, telecalling, or customer service preferred
• Goal-oriented with good persuasion and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
