Grand Alliance Mortgage Consultant is a growing mortgage consulting firm dedicated to helping clients find the right financing solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales support team and contribute to our expanding portfolio.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support our team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining product details, and scheduling meeting while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
  • Explain product, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with interested clients
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer information
  • Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales or similar sales role
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, calling software)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Fluent in language; English/Hindi (Arabic language is a plus)

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance
