About the Opportunity

Trixis Homes is expanding and seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at our Dubai Investment Park office. This role is perfect for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with clients, generating quality leads, and contributing directly to business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to present company services and available property listings
• Identify, assess, and qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, inquiries, and updates in the CRM system
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for property consultants
• Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with prospective clients

Requirements

• Prior experience as a tele caller, call center representative, or sales executive is preferred
• Experience in real estate or property sales is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident in handling outbound sales calls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment
