Telecaller

Position Title: Telecaller

Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred

location: Head Office DHA phase 8

Pay: Rs 60,000.00 per month

Job Purpose:

To connect with potential school clients over the phone, generate leads, provide information about our services, and set appointments for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions to promote our school trip packages and offerings.

- Maintain a daily call log and share timely updates with the team lead.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone.

- Set appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the field sales team.

- Handle inquiries, explain services, and answer any client questions.

- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead targets.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM/spreadsheet.

- Share feedback from clients to improve service quality.

- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred

Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM)
