Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller / Education Sales Counselor to handle student and parent

inquiries for our stock market education programs.

The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into

enrollments through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication.

This position focuses on professional counseling, not aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and

WhatsApp

• Counsel students and parents regarding stock market courses
• Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly
• Handle queries confidently in English and Hindi
• Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales
• Good spoken English and Hindi (both mandatory)
• Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel
• Result-oriented with a professional counseling approach

• Able to switch naturally between English & Hindi
