TeleCaller Executive

We are looking for a good candidate with relevant experience in tell caller

Experiences-1-3 yrs

location- Raipur

Skilled Required

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• 1–2 years in tele calling, customer support, or service coordination (preferably in construction equipment, automobile, or heavy machinery industry).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service requests, complaints, and equipment breakdowns.
• Register customer service calls in the system (CRM / service software) with all required details.
• Coordinate with service engineers and field technicians to schedule and track service activities.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and gather feedback.
• Maintain records of service calls, customer communication, and pending cases.
• Assist customers with warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and spare parts-related queries.
• Prepare and submit daily call logs and service support reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
