Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and experienced female Tele caller to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound and cold calls, identifying potential customers, arranging meetings, and passing qualified and confirmed leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Qualify and confirm leads before forwarding them to the sales department.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Must hold a valid spouse visa.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
