Telecaller for FMCG Brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers for promotions, new products, and order follow-ups.
• Inbound Handling: Address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide product details.
• Lead Management: Generate, nurture, and follow up on sales leads.
• Sales Support: Coordinate with sales & marketing, process orders, and meet daily targets.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
• Market Feedback: Relay customer insights and trends to the team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
