Telecaller / Lead Calling Executive

Pak British Education Services is looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Telecaller / Lead Calling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing our education and consulting services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales and admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned leads through phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Introduce the company's services and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and level of interest.
• Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the appropriate team member.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement.
• Record call outcomes and update customer information in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken Urdu and basic English.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or call center operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, punctual, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Job Details:

• Location: North Nazimabad, Block N, Karachi
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Employment Type: Full-time
