Telecaller – Men’s Wellness & Asthma (Work From Home)

Purevedic Life is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare company offering specialized, customized treatment solutions for chronic and lifestyle disorders. We are expanding our Teleconsultation division and hiring experienced telecallers for our Men’s Wellness and Asthma departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and patients related to men's health issues (like infertility, sexual health) and asthma-related problems.
• Explain Ayurvedic treatment plans and convert calls into consultations or medicine sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups using internal CRM tools.
• Understand patient concerns and suggest appropriate treatment solutions with empathy.
• Coordinate with in-house Ayurvedic doctors and the dispatch team.
• Report daily activity to the reporting manager via provided formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, preferably in healthcare, Ayurveda, pharma, or wellness industry.
• Strong Hindi communication; basic English understanding preferred.
• Confident, polite, and target-driven personality.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive patient conversations respectfully.
• Must have a smartphone/laptop with stable internet (for remote work).
• Knowledge of Ayurveda is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).

Work Details:

• Job Type: Work From Home
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off/month)
• Performance-Based Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 (based on targets)
• Incentives: 2% on total monthly sales
