Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for website development, digital marketing, and SEO services.
  • Explain the benefits of our services and how they can help businesses grow.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling or sales, particularly in website development, digital marketing, and SEO services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident in pitching services to potential clients.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and website development concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage. Familiarity with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Salary :- 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA
