Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting the sales team by setting up client meetings and property viewings.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services and properties.

· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

· Maintain and update the CRM/database with client details.

· Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales executives.

· Follow up with clients and provide professional customer support.

· Work towards achieving weekly and monthly call/lead targets.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Tele caller, Telesales, or Call Centre Agent (real estate preferred).

· Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi is an added advantage).

· Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

· Ability to handle client objections and maintain professionalism.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
