Telecalling executive ( Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Marwari )

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Follow up on inquiries and previous interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain professional and positive communication
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
