The role involves reaching out to prospective scholars, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into clients through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective PhD scholars.
  • Explain research paper support services clearly and professionally.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide relevant details.
  • Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of academic or research processes (preferred).
  • Ability to build rapport with scholars and clients.
  • Confidence in handling phone-based conversations.
