Required Technical Skills:
- Hands on experience in Business Analyst preferably in telecom domain w.r.t data management
- having insight of business workflow, revenue management, Telecom data analyst and valorization
Must-Have:
- Knowledge of Telecom domain and Processes
- Propose complex, cross-functional analytics solutions, predictive models and statistical analyses for solving business issues and requirements
- Leverage creative solutions, analytics and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and
- drive actionable insights that deliver Return on Investment (ROI). This could include use of variance analysis, dashboards/reporting, sales analytics and regression
- Having knowledge on identifying business critical data and its KPI
- Identifying critical data elements and valuable KPI
- Streamline data preparation and processes for maximum automation and efficiency whilst supporting environment
- migrations where required
- Must have Agile, Scrum and Jira experience
- Candidate must have Good Communication skills
- Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills Knowledge of Telecom CRM and Billing systems
- Knowledge of Telecom order management and service management
- Ability to synthesize information from a variety of data sources into a logical, organized and concise manner.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability to work within a Global team
- Strong attention to details and can analyze information quickly.
