Telecom & Control Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with strong exposure to oil & gas or industrial projects.

• In-depth experience in project design coordination, vendor interface, and engineering documentation review and approval.

• Proficient in reviewing ITB scope, FEED deliverables, DBM, and MTO, ensuring alignment with project and contractual requirements.

• Skilled in evaluating technical offers from consultants and vendors, raising clarifications, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Responsible for supporting procurement and construction teams through Engineering Service Requests (ESRs) and residual engineering deliverables.

• Adept at performing and reviewing design calculations, data sheets, technical bid evaluations (TBE), specifications, and material take-offs.

• Reviews and expedites engineering documents, drawings, and deliverables from consultants to meet project timelines.
