Telecom Customer Support Advisor (Wave 0)

About the Role

Foundever is gearing up for an exciting new account launch and is looking for driven, high-caliber individuals to be part of Wave 0 — the founding team. This is a rare opportunity to join from the ground up, directly shaping the culture, performance, and success of a brand-new operation. Those who rise to the challenge will be first in line for advancement as the account grows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying and acting on sales opportunities
  • Maintain high performance standards and contribute to the account's successful launch
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs from day one
  • Represent the account with professionalism and a results-driven mindset


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to 24,000 EGP gross

  • Door-to-door transportation is provided for shifts ending from 10 PM to 6 AM

Requirements

  • C1 English level (written and spoken) is required
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
  • Rotational shift availability is required
  • No commitments for the next 6 months that may affect attendance
  • Candidates must fully understand and embrace that this is a Wave 0 launch — dedication, ownership, and long-term commitment are non-negotiable
