Telecom Technician

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Technician with 3 to 5 years of experience in telecom network deployment, installation, integration, and commissioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience in telecom infrastructure projects, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate telecom network equipment at field sites.
• Perform site installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and network-related issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, verification, and acceptance activities.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment.
• Ensure installations comply with engineering drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Follow HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit daily installation, testing, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers and field teams to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in telecom installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Experience working on telecom network deployment projects with major telecom vendors.
• Strong understanding of telecom site installation standards and integration procedures.
• Hands-on experience using telecom testing and commissioning tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Lahore and other locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecom RAN and transmission equipment deployment.
• Knowledge of telecom commissioning and acceptance procedures.
• Familiarity with microwave, BTS, and fiber infrastructure installation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
