Telecom Technician (Saudi National Male/Female)

Job Summary:
The Telecom Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications systems and equipment. This role ensures reliable operation of voice, data, and network services for clients and supports field activities related to telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test telecom systems including cabling, routers, switches, fiber optics, wireless equipment, and related hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on telecom networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, signal strength, cabling faults, and equipment malfunctions.
• Support the deployment of CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, and IP-based communication systems when required.
• Terminate, label, and certify copper and fiber cables according to industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to complete field activities and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company standards during installation and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory required for field operations.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients and respond promptly to service requests.
• Document completed tasks, update service logs, and report any issues or recommendations to management.
