Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Track and report performance metrics of campaigns using analytics tools.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, monitoring).
- Support SEO/SEM, email marketing, website updates, and online advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers to develop creative assets for online promotions.
3. Content Creation
- Create engaging marketing content—including posts, blogs, presentations, scripts, and promotional materials.
- Proofread and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
4. Brand Management
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging & visual identity across all channels.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Support in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
Qualifications & SkillsAcademic & Professional
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong skillsets may be considered).
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools is a plus.
