About the Role

We are hiring Customer Care & Retention Advisors for a premium account. You will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and drive retention through personalized service and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote products/services to maximize retention and sales.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduates only).
• Fluent English (B2–C1 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night and overnight shifts.
• Previous experience in customer care or sales is a plus.
