At Polystar - Elisa Industriq, we’re looking for a Telecom Engineer to step into a Technical Project Manager role!
Polystar, a subsidiary of Elisa Plc, provides software solutions for telecom and network providers, helping them deliver better customer experience and operate more efficiently.
What you’ll work on:

Supporting deployments and maintaining business-critical systems for our clients.

Leading and contributing to customer projects, including system configuration and software upgrades.

Resolving incidents and service requests and conducting root-cause analysis.

Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Acting as a technical spokesperson in meetings and project handovers.
-
Driving improvements in system performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize monitoring and OSS products.
-
Integrate Polystar’s solutions with third-party tools and cloud-native platforms.

Perform health checks, volume measurements, and software updates.
-
Document system setups and maintain accurate customer information.
-
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, including reporting and escalation handling.

Support planning, prioritization, and governance of customer projects.
About You:
-
Experience in telecom and a technical background with experience in system configuration, software upgrades, and incident resolution.

Proficient in majority of the following: core network, customer experience monitoring, SQL and other databases, ETL, Linux, Kubernetes, and in general comfortable with mobile and other networks

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Comfortable leading projects or willing to grow into a leadership role.

Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
