Telemarketer

Job Summary

We are looking for a female Telemarketer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and setting appointments for property viewings. You will play a key role in connecting clients with our property consultants and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate services and property listings.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from property seekers.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate contact details and communication history.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales and leasing agents.
• Follow up with clients after initial contact to maintain engagement.
• Explain property features, pricing, and offers professionally and persuasively.
• Assist in marketing campaigns by following up on leads from online portals and social media.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current listings, market trends, and company promotions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector (sales, leasing, or property management).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
