Telemarketer

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing

Build and maintain a strong understanding of company offerings

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Record customer information, interactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM

Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication with prospects

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain a professional attitude and represent the brand positively

Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer support

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment

Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred

Good spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
