We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales and appointments through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, persuasive, and skilled at building rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and sales leads.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Record customer information accurately in CRM or database.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets (e.g., 30–50 calls per day).
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and update their visit plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain good communication and coordination with the sales department.
- Provide daily reporting on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, polite, and energetic personality.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
