Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, promote our services and solutions, and build strong relationships that drive new business acquisition. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be key to connecting with prospects and opening new opportunities for our company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including warm calling and follow-up outreach
• Promote our payment solutions, merchant services, and advertising sales offerings with confidence and clarity
• Engage in effective negotiation to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as ZohoCRM
• Qualify leads through strategic questioning and identify opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with the executive sales team to target potential markets and improve outreach strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software, especially Zoho, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or marketing is advantageous
• Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development
