Duties

• Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements and directing them toward appropriate products or services

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling, preferably within technology or technical sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an engaging and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm during calls
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently
